KARHU LAND OF THE MIDNIGHT SUN

 Summers north of the Arctic Circle are truly spectacular, as the sun does not completely set from May until August. Under a clear sky, Finland offers the unique experience to see the sun shine all through the night. Karhu captures this phenomenon with its release of the “Land of the Midnight Sun” pack.

The “Land of the Midnight Sun” collection consists of three Legend models: the Aria, Fusion 2.0 and Synchron Classic. The colours of all three shoes are inspired by Finland’s twilight hours: glimmering orange, starry white and grey, set against a landscape of calm blue lakes with tree lined horizons. The material selection in the collection features soft suede panels and air mesh for ventilation.

The Fusion 2.0 and Aria receive a gum sole to complete the summer look, while the Synchron Classic keeps a predominantly white construction with brightly coloured M-logo.

The launch of the “Land of the Midnight Sun” pack is made complete with an animation, which celebrates the concept of exploring Finland’s summer surroundings at midnight.
